Your privacy, plainly
Discretion is part of the care we offer. Here's what that means in practice.
What stays private
Everything you share in sessions stays between you and your counsellor. Counsellors may discuss cases with a clinical supervisor without identifying details, to make sure you get good care.
When confidentiality has limits
- If there is a serious risk to your life or someone else's.
- If a child or vulnerable adult is at risk of harm.
- If a court legally requires it.
Where possible, we'll talk with you first.
What we never do
- Sell your data.
- Share details with your employer or family.
- Disclose your sexual orientation, gender identity or relationships to anyone.
- Use tracking or advertising pixels to target ads.
Discreet contact
You can ask for neutral email subject lines, no voicemails, and a neutral name on calendar invites. Change these at any time.
Couples
Each partner's private form is seen only by the counsellor, never by the other partner.
