You don't have to be on the edge of a breakup to get support.
Couples counselling helps partners slow down, listen, and understand each other again. Early support is often the easiest kind.

Common patterns we help with
Communication breakdown
Talking past each other, or not talking at all.
Trust
Rebuilding after hurt, or never quite feeling secure.
Intimacy
Feeling distant, physically or emotionally.
Family pressure
Expectations from parents, in-laws, or culture.
Parenting disagreements
Different ideas about raising children.
What a session is like
Usually 60 minutes with both partners. Sometimes the counsellor meets each of you once alone, so both voices are fully heard.
We don't take sides
Neutrality means the relationship is the focus, not who is to blame. Both partners are equally welcome.
Privacy for two
Each partner fills in their own short private form. Your answers are never shown to the other person.
For every kind of couple
Married or not, queer or straight, trans or cis, inter-cultural, long-distance, new or decades in — including couples who can't legally marry. We use the words “partners” and “couples” and make no assumptions. LGBTQ+ affirming counselling.
If your relationship involves fear
If you feel afraid of your partner, couples counselling isn't the right first step. A different kind of support is needed. Find private, safe support.
Formats and fees
Online or in person in Bengaluru. Fees are listed openly — see all fees.
Questions couples ask
Is what I share kept private?
Yes. What you share stays between you and your counsellor. There are a few narrow situations where confidentiality has limits, such as a serious risk to someone's safety. Our privacy page explains these plainly.
Do I need to know what's wrong before I reach out?
No. Many people start with “something doesn't feel right.” That's enough.
Can I come alone if my partner isn't ready?
Yes. Individual sessions can help you think about your relationship, and your partner can join later if you both wish.
Whenever you're ready, we're here to listen.
