Come as you are.
Affirming counselling for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, non-binary, queer and questioning people — on your own or as a couple. You won't need to explain or defend who you are here.

What we can help with
Coming out, or not
Whether, when and who to tell — at your pace, with your safety in mind.
Identity and questioning
Space to explore who you are without needing answers yet.
Family acceptance
Pressure to marry, difficult conversations, or distance from family.
Relationships
Support for queer couples and partnerships of every kind.
Work and everyday stress
Being out at work, or the tiredness of not being.
Minority stress
The weight of discrimination, hiding, or always being on guard.
Our promises
- Every counsellor works in an affirming way, and several have specific training in LGBTQ+ issues.
- We will never try to change anyone's sexual orientation or gender identity. We do not practise conversion therapy, ever.
- We use the name and pronouns you tell us.
- Your identity and relationships are never shared with family or employers.
If you're not out at home
When you request a conversation you can ask for a neutral email subject, no voicemails, and a neutral name on calendar invites. Online sessions work from anywhere private — even a parked car or a friend's place. How we protect your privacy.
